Identification Covell, Moths of Eastern North America, Pg. 412. Wings and body are creamy yellow. The forewing base is orangish. There will be some blackish and white along the basal two-thirds of the forewing costa. There are no sharp wing patterns. The caterpillar host plants are almond, apple, hackberry, oaks, orange, pecan, and persimmon.
